In Westchester, we’re aim to convert 75% of the existing lawn into meadow, woodland edges, and re-forested land. Any piece of the property un-used by the family will turn over into a lush, diverse, drought tolerant and climate adaptive plantings teeming with wildlife. A new pergola and sunroom designed in collaboration with Christina Hefferan Architecture will provide indoor-outdoor rooms to situate the family within the landscape.
